Natasha is an independent Film Producer based in London. Her experience in the film industry spans 5 years, in which time she produced her first feature film titled Hotspot, produced and associate produced a number of short films, and gained invaluable experience at film festivals and markets.
Hotspot is an 80-minute sci-fi thriller about the dangers of social networking in a future that has no boundaries. The film premiered at the London Independent Film Festival in 2013 before securing a sales and distribution deal at Cannes 2013. The film is now available to stream online at www.beyondillusionpictures.com. Natasha was Associate Producer on Shallow (2012), a 25-minute short film directed by Will Bridges (Paranormal Witness) and starring Dan Stevens of Downtown Abbey fame. She also associate produced short abstract film. This Love (2012) directed by Joseph Warley, and she was the Producer of Bleached (2013), a 5-minute comedy directed by Katie Pow, Her most recent short film is musical drama Dress Rehearsal directed by the Clemens Bros., which was completed in July 2014 and will be seeking festival screenings.
As well as producing independent films, Natasha works as a film tutor at various institutions in London and the UK, including the National Film and Television School, Bournemouth University, Central Film School London, and the London Film Academy. She also has experience in various media sectors. In 2010 she worked as Marketing Officer for the London Independent Film Festival and as Festival Officer at the European Film Festival, which gave her an insight into film festivals, and in 2011 she worked as Production Manager at Red Balloon creative media agency doing corporate videos. Natasha also worked as a Liaison Officer at the International Broadcast Centre for the London 2012 Olympic Games. She currently also produces corporate videos as a freelancer.
Natasha did an MA in Producing for Film & TV at Bournemouth University and also holds a BA in German with Film Studies from King's College London. As well as her experience in the Film Industry, Natasha also speaks German and Greek fluently, basic French, and she is currently learning Portuguese.
